Handmade Camel Skin Surahi Lamp

Every camel skin lamp is the combined effort of three specialist craftsmen: the clay worker, the naqash (painter) and the dabgar (camel-hide craftsman). Working together, they create the richly decorated lamps that Multan is known for.

This surahi-style lamp is a tall, decorative piece that gives off a soft, warm glow. Its hand-painted patterns vary from lamp to lamp, so no two pieces look exactly alike. It suits a living room corner, a lounge, a side table or a gift.
